My share to save the Ocean

May 26th, 2020

Since the end of last year I have the honour to be part of the expert review panel of Plastic Smart Cities – the knowledge sharing platform on plastics, where all stakeholders join together for a Plastic Free Ocean. An initiative of WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature).

This initiative was launched in February 2020. Since then a lot of best practices have been reviewed and submitted. The second collection of best practices will soon be published. I am glad to be able to review all initiatives to save ocean from plastic litter. Some of them are really good, though some are also too far-fetched. Some of my favorite best practices are: NOTPLA, Bye Bye Plastic Bag and OCEANWORKS.

Find out by yourself, take a look at the best practices, share your opinion and give a score to your favorite one.
